Feng Shui Consultation Cost Factors

Global Feng Shui provides consultations with advice for short, medium and long term.

Every client and building is unique. No two consultations are the same. Each consultation takes into consideration the number of occupants, the size of the residence or building, the individual needs or purpose of the consultation, the length of time for the advice and the number of hours required for the analysis and report.

In general, the individual and building consultations vary in price. Categories used by Global Feng Shui include the amount of living or working space of your home or office as well as the front and backyard. For instance:

• Unit, Flat or Town House or Small Shops
• Medium size house up to five bedrooms.
  Small business builds on areas up to approximately 600 sqm.
• Large houses with more than three levels and swimming pool. Businesses build on more than 600 sqm and more than one level
• Large corporate projects

Get ready for a Feng Shui Consultation

What do you need for the consultation:

• A floor plan on A4 paper of the residence or Building.
  To facilitate the accuracy of the advice, a properly drafted building plan is preferred. If you don’t have one handy, you can request a copy of the floor plan from your local government authority (charges apply). An extra charge will be made if Global Feng Shui needs to measure the premises and draft a floor plan.
• If possible, the date when the residence or building was finished, or the approximate time when the occupants moved in for first time.
• The date of birth of all residents or business owners
• One and a half or two hours of time for the first visit. Additional hours or visits will probably be required for large or complex projects.

To minimise the expense of applying our advice, all of our suggestions, cures and adjustments are primarily based on using your existing furniture and elements of decoration. It will be up to you, the client, to get any additional elements, plants, ornaments, etc., or implement structural changes to the site.
